Thank you for entering the 2007 TaylorMade-adidas Golf NTPGA Assistants’ Championship. The following are details related to the TaylorMade-adidas Golf NTPGA Assistants’ Championship to be contested at Hurricane Creek Country Club in Anna on Monday, August 27. Entry Fee:
As you know, our individual stroke play assistants’ major championships cost $125.00 to enter. Therefore, an additional $100.00 entry fee is payable to the Section no later than Thursday, August 23 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. This entry fee entitles each player to a shared golf car, range balls, lunch between rounds and tee gifts from TaylorMade-adidas Golf. NOTE: The $50.00 entry fee collected by the PGA of America in July included $25.00 to the Northern Texas Section and $25.00 to the PGA of America. Please note that online entries will be accepted for this tournament.
Format:
The Championship will be contested at stroke play over 36-holes. The starting times and groupings for round one and round two will be available by calling Hurricane Creek Country Club or the NTPGA or by visiting www.ntpga.com after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 24. Starting times and groupings will also be emailed to all players as soon as they are finalized. Starting times will be off of the 1st and 10th tees in the morning and the afternoon. Contestants will remain in the same groupings for the afternoon round.
National Qualifying Spots:
There are three (3) qualifying spots into the 2007 TaylorMade-adidas Golf PGA Assistant Professional Championship. The National Championship is scheduled for October 25-28 at The PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Practice Rounds:
Practice rounds will be available weekdays prior to the Championship and on Saturdays and Sundays after 2:00 p.m. Contact Hurricane Creek Country Club at (972) 924-3247 to arrange a practice round starting time.
Registration:
Tournament registration will take place starting at 6:30 a.m. in the clubhouse on Monday, August 27. Please be sure to register prior to your starting time.

Note: Players will receive a 10% discount when making a reservation under the NTPGA. The hotel is located approximately 10 miles from Anna off of interstate 75.
