Traveling West on I-10: Exit Katy/Ft. Bend Cnty Rd - Exit #742. Turn left at the light (South), Katy Fort Bend Road. Go about 1 (0ne) mile South to the stop sign. Take a left (East) on Kingsland Blvd. Go about ¼ of a mile, turn right (South) on Falcon Point Drive. The Clubhouse is located on the right just past the first street.

Traveling North on Grand Pkwy/Hwy 99: Exit Bay Hill Blvd. Turn left (West) onto Bay Hill Blvd. and enter the Falcon Point Estates. Turn right onto Roesner. Travel north on Roesner, until you reach the stop sign. At the stop sign take a left. You are now traveling west on Kingsland. Go about ½ of a mile, turn left on Falcon Point Drive. The Clubhouse is located on the right, just past the first street.
Traveling South on Grand Pkwy/Hwy 99: Exit Bay Hill Blvd. Turn right (West) onto Bay Hill Blvd. and enter the Falcon Point Estates. Turn right onto Roesner. Travel north on Roesner, until you reach the stop sign. At the stop sign take a left. You are now traveling west on Kingsland. Go about ½ of a mile, turn left on Falcon Point Drive.
