David E. Schultz, Fargo, North Dakota captured the 2007 NTPGA Players Tour event at Timarron Country Club with a birdie on his final hole.  Schultz's birdie allowed him to edge out Dustin Risdon, Strathmore, Alberta, Canada and Christopher James, Edmond, Oklahoma by one shot.
