HOST FACILITY: Great Southwest Golf Club Host Professional – Jordy Vetter (972) 647-0114.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to professionals and amateurs who have a USGA handicap index of 2.4 or lower (or a USGA handicap of 2 or less). Amateurs should include verification of their handicap by a PGA professional on the entry form below.

FORMAT: The event will be contested at individual stroke play over 36 holes.

PURSE: Estimated $21,000.00 (based on a field of 84 players).

ENTRY FEES: · Amateurs – $300.00
· PGA Member/Apprentice Professionals – $350.00
· Non-PGA Professionals – $400.00

Entry fee includes cart/greens fee and range usage for the event. The entry fee is payable in cash, cashier’s check, money order, traveler’s check or VISA or MasterCard. Personal checks will be accepted from PGA Member/Apprentice Professionals only. No refunds will be issued after 3:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, February 22. All players must have a valid social security number or tax identification number in order to enter the competition.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, February 22 at 3:00 p.m. CST. The first 84 entries will be accepted into the field (based on priority system listed in Tournament Rules & Regulations). Entry forms shall be returned to the Northern Texas PGA via mail, facsimile, overnight carrier or in person, or contestants may enter on-line, prior to the deadline. Late entries will be accepted on a space available basis with a $50.00 late fee.

ON-LINE ENTRIES: On-line entries will be accepted at www.ntpga.com (starting January 2).

STARTING TIMES: First round starting times will be available by calling Great Southwest Golf Club or the Northern Texas PGA or checking www.ntpga.com after 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 23.

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds will be available on Tuesday through Thursdays beginning Monday, February 12. Contact Great Southwest Golf Club two weeks in advance to set up a practice round. A fee of $30.00 will be charged for practice rounds.

DRESS CODE: Proper professional attire is required. Shorts are not permitted during the event. Great Southwest Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility. All contestants must abide by this policy.
