Ed Loar of Dallas, Texas captured the first NTPGA Players Tour event of 2008 with rounds of 69-64 to finish at 133 (-11).   The event was hosted by Stonebridge Ranch Country Club (Hills Course) which is home to a 2008 PGA TOUR Qualifying Tournament - First Stage.
