Mon, Jun 16, 2008	8:00 AM	Texas State Open Qualifying	For all non-exempt players, Texas State Open qualifying begins at various sites across Texas. Please see the list of qualifying sites on the main tournament page.
Tue, Jul 8, 2008	7:30 AM	TSO 2nd Chance Qualifying	There will be a minimum of four (4) qualifying spots for the Texas State Open at this qualifying tournament. The Cascades will be the primary site with Hollytree Country Club as the overflow site. NO site requests will be granted should the total number of entries necessitate using two golf courses. Tue, Jul 15, 2008	11:30 AM - 1:00 PM	UST Pro-Am Registration	Registration for the UST Texas State Open Pro-Am will commence at 11:30 a.m.
Tue, Jul 15, 2008	1:00 PM - 6:00 PM	UST Texas State Open Pro-Am	UST Texas State Open Pro-Am will begin at 1:00 PM, with a shotgun start. The first 10 professionals entering a paid team into this event gain an exemption into the 2008 Texas State Open. (Note: The Pro-Am teams consist of one (1) professional and three (3) amateurs). Tue, Jul 15, 2008	6:00 PM	UST Pro-Am Awards Ceremony	Awards ceremony and hors d' oeuvres will immediately follow the completion of play.
Wed, Jul 16, 2008	7:30 AM	Official Practice Round	The Texas State Open official practice round starting times will begin att 7:30 AM. All competitors must wear slacks during the Championship and applicable Championship practice rounds. All competitors and caddies must walk during the Championship and applicable Championship practice rounds. The Texas State Open is a non-metal spike tournament.
Wed, Jul 16, 2008	12:00 PM - 6:00 PM	Tournament Registration	Texas State Open registration will begin at 12:00 PM on Wednesday and continue until 6:00 PM in the clubhouse at The Cascades. Tournament registration will also take place on Thursday, July 12 starting at 6:30 AM and continuing until tee times are complete.
Wed, Jul 16, 2008	5:00 PM - 6:00 PM	Texas State Open Youth Clinic	The Tyler Morning Telegraph Texas State Open Youth Clinic is tentatively scheduled from 5:00 to 6:00 PM on the driving range.
Thu, Jul 17, 2008	7:30 AM	Texas State Open - Round One	Starting times will begin on holes number one and ten at 7:30 a.m. The last tee time will be approximately 2:03 p.m.
Fri, Jul 18, 2008	7:30 AM	Texas State Open - Round Two	Starting times will begin on holes number one and ten at 7:30 a.m. The last tee time will be approximately 2:03 p.m.
Sat, Jul 19, 2008	8:00 AM	Texas State Open - Round Three	Starting times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off of the number one tee.
Sun, Jul 20, 2008	8:00 AM	Texas State Open - Final Round	Starting times will begin at 8:00 a.m. off of the number one tee.
Sun, Jul 20, 2008	6:00 PM	Awards Presentation	The awards presentation for the 2008 Texas State Open will begin immediately following play of the final round.
