Measuring Devices	A player may use a device that measures distance only. The use of devices that gauge or measure other conditions that might affect a player's play (e.g., wind, temperature, gradient etc.), regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used is not permitted.
Texas State Open Exemptions	The top ten (10) money leaders will earn an exemption into the 2008 Texas State Open conducted at The Cascades, Tyler, Texas, Thursday, July 17 – Sunday, July 20.
Tournament Format	NTPGA Players Tour events will be contested at individual stroke play over 36 holes. There will be no cut. Any participant shooting 88 or higher in round one will be automatically cut from the field.
