Eligibility:
Open to Northern Texas PGA Recognized Golf Facility men’s and women’s club championship representatives.
Format:
18 holes at Stroke Play. Separate men’s and women’s divisions. Scratch (handicaps do not apply).
Prizes:
In both the men’s and women’s divisions, the top four finishers (e.g., places 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) advance to compete in the two-round National Chrysler Club Championship tournament held in conjunction with the Merrill Lynch Shootout December 10-14, 2008, at Tiburon Golf Club.
The top place male and female finishers in the National Chrysler Club Championship will each receive a trip to the 2009 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic (January 14-18, 2009) and a spot in the playing field of the annual pro-am tournament in Palm Desert, California.
Tee Gifts:
Each participating player will receive an attractive gift package from the sponsors.
Entry Fee:
$125.00. Personal checks will NOT be accepted. This includes cart/range fees for the round, continental breakfast, lunch, beverages on the course, and hors d’oeuvres during the awards program following the tournament. A significant portion of the entry fee will be retained as a charitable contribution to the American Junior Golf Association; therefore, no refunds will be granted.
Entry Deadline:
Friday, October 17, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. The first 144 entries will be accepted into the field. Northern Texas PGA Recognized Golf Facilities may reserve spots in the tournament in advance of their local club championship. Entry forms shall be returned to the Northern Texas PGA via mail, facsimile, overnight carrier or in person prior to the entry deadline.
Starting Times:
Starting times will be available by calling Las Colinas Country Club or the Northern Texas PGA or by checking www.ntpga.com after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18. Starting times will also be emailed to all players once they are finalized.
Practice Rounds:
Contact Las Colinas Country Club to schedule practice round starting times. Practice rounds will be available to contestants only, Tuesday thru Thursday after 12:00 p.m. beginning on October 7th. There will be no charge for a practice round; however, a cart fee of $20.00 plus tax will be charged if used.
Measuring Devices:
The use of distance measuring devices will be permitted during the Chrysler Club Championship.
Non-Metal Spikes:
Las Colinas Country Club is a non-metal spike facility. Shoes with metal spikes will not be permitted.
Dress Code:
Proper golf attire is required during the Chrysler Club Championship and any applicable practice rounds. Contestants shall present a neat appearance, appropriate to the game of golf, in both clothing and grooming. Denim clothing shall not be worn at the tournament site. Bermuda length shorts are permitted.
Transportation:
Contestants are required to use golf carts furnished by Las Colinas Country Club or furnish their own caddie. Carrying your own golf bag is NOT permitted. Only two golf carts are permitted per group. NOTE: No more than two contestants, caddies or spectators are permitted to ride in or on a golf cart at any time.

Take I-635 West, exit Luna RD and turn left. Turn right onto Royal LN. Turn left onto Riverside, at the Studios of Las Colinas. Keep traveling south, past The Mustangs of Las Colinas and under the overpass of Hwy. 114. We are located approximately one mile south of HWY 114, on the left side of the road after the Leland RD intersection.
