Players and Caddies shall walk at all times during qualifying rounds, except when permitted to ride by the Rules Committee. Players are not required to have a caddie; they may carry their clubs or use a manual or motorized pull cart. Players are permitted to ride ONLY during a Pre-Qualifying round.
