Eligibility:
All Northern Texas PGA A-8 Members and Registered Apprentices who are eligibly employed and in good standing in the Metro Chapter.
Format:
18 holes of four-ball stroke play.
Tee Times:
Play will commence with an 8:30 a.m. SHOTGUN.
Entry Fee:
$90.00 per player. Credit card, check or money order will be accepted (make checks payable to NTPGA). Online entries are available for this championship. Please note, if a player registers online he will pay the full $180 entry fee for the team.
Entry Deadline:
Thursday, July 9th at 5:00 p.m. CDT. The first 60-team entries will be accepted into the field. Entry forms shall be returned to the Northern Texas PGA via mail, facsimile, overnight carrier or in person, or contestants may enter on-line, prior to the entry deadline. On-line entries will be accepted at www.ntpga.com. Note: A $10.00 administrative fee will be charged should a team withdraw. Please return entries to:

Additional Information:
OGIO Golf will be providing (4) Closest to the hole prizes, $500 into the skins pot, and beverages after the round. Tifosi Optics will be providing sunglasses for all players and has added $500 into the skins pot.
