ELIGIBILITY: All NTPGA Members and Apprentices. Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis. NOTE: Registrations for all Southern Texas, Southwest and South Central PGA Members and Apprentices will be accepted beginning Monday, October 24 on a first come first served basis.

ENTRY FEE: $150.00 (Includes a buffet lunch and beverages throughout the day). NOTE: For facilities that have multiple professionals register, only $125.00 will be charged for each additional professional from that facility.

MSR CREDITS: Seven (7) Member Service Requirement Credits (PGA Required) are available to those in attendance at the NTPGA Coaching & Teaching Summit.

ENTRY DEADLINE: The deadline is Wednesday, November 2 at 5:00 p.m. To register, please submit the entry form with the applicable payment to the Northern Texas PGA office or register online at www.ntpga.com.

SEATING: Seating for the Summit is on a first-come basis.

DRESS CODE: Casual golf attire is appropriate for the Summit.
