There will be nine (9) qualifying spots available at Four Seasons Resort & Club (TPC).

Hole-by-hole sudden death playoffs will be conducted at each qualifying site immediately following play to determine final qualifying spot(s).

Starting on July 7th practice rounds will be available Monday, Wednesday-Friday after 10:00 a.m. for a rate of $35 and on Saturdays and Sundays after 12:00 p.m. Practice round starting times and fees are at the discretion of the host facility.

Players must be registered in the qualifier in order to schedule a practice round. Practice rounds are for players only.

Note: If your qualifying is scheduled for a Tuesday, the facility may be closed on Monday.

On Thursday, July 27th there will be a Second Chance Qualifying tournament at Lantana Golf Club (primary) and Bridlewood Golf Club (overflow), as an additional opportunity to qualify for the 47th Veritex Bank Texas State Open.

Entry into Second Chance Qualifying is open to any eligible player missing the June 8th entry deadline or to any unsuccessful qualifier. Registration for Second Chance Qualifying will open on Friday, June 9 and close Monday, July 24 at 5:00 p.m. CT.

There will be a minimum of twelve (12) qualifying spots at Second Chance Qualifying.

ELIGIBILITY:
The first ten (10) professionals entering a paid team ($2,400.00) of one (1) professional and three (3) amateurs, into the National Car Rental Pro-Am will receive an exemption into the 47th Veritex Bank Texas State Open. Professionals will be required to pay the applicable exempt contestant entry fee for the tournament proper in addition to the Texas State Open Pro-Am entry fee.
